We provide 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC milling for complex precision components that need to be made to very tight tolerances.

Our team is comfortable working with a huge variety of materials, from standard metals to more specialised engineering plastics. We regularly machine aluminium, stainless steel, brass, and copper, as well as tougher alloys that require a bit more expertise. We also have plenty of experience with plastics like Nylon, Acetal, and PEEK, which are often used in medical or electronic applications.
Our components are used in the medical and scientific fields, where accuracy can be a matter of safety, as well as in the aerospace and automotive sectors. We also work closely with the electronics industry and general manufacturing firms across the Cambridge area. No matter which sector you are in, we understand the specific standards you need to meet.
We can work with almost all the common CAD file types.
We typically use formats like STEP, IGES, and DXF, which allow us to pull your designs directly into our programming software. If you have a different type of file or even a physical drawing, we can usually find a way to work with it to get your project moving.
